Byron "Boo" Ragan
Director of Recruiting
For over 25 years, Byron "Boo" Ragan has been a proud member of the EXCEL team and leader of the recruitment department. He brought ten years of I&E experience with him when he joined the company. In addition to managing projects, Boo was imperative in beginning the QA/QC division for EXCEL's I&E department. In time, Boo was asked to move into a recruiting position where his ability to lead and inspire a team led to him becoming the Director of Recruiting.

Kasie has been an integral part of our team since 2011, starting part-time and rapidly transitioning into various roles that showcase her exceptional talent and dedication. With over seven years of experience as an Executive Assistant and later as an Executive Coordinator, Kasie has exemplified our company's values across the United States. In her most recent role as Operations Manager, Kasie has exhibited a remarkable ability to drive long-term planning that is aligned with our company's goals. She has excelled in fostering team collaboration, identifying and resolving potential issues to enhance efficiency and revenue, and optimizing departmental budgets to support our recruiting needs.

Training and Workforce Development Manager
Cody has worked with EXCEL for almost eleven years, starting as a lead construction electrician in the field in 2013. During his time as a lead, he demonstrated notable leadership skills, which allowed him to move through the ranks to his current role as Training and Workforce Development Manager. Cody specializes in craft training and is responsible for educating our employees in NFPA 70E, NCCER testing, and leadership developmental skills. Cody hopes to always be a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.
