EXCEL Spreads Christmas Cheer
In this season of giving, EXCEL employees across the country participated in multiple "give back" moments and spent time celebrating the season.

In this season of giving, EXCEL employees across the country participated in multiple "give back" moments and spent time celebrating the season.
The crew at Sasol in Lake Charles held a toy drive and donated all of the collected toys to the Westlake Police Department, which hosts a Christmas toy drive for local children.
Our disaster recovery team in Puerto Rico joined efforts with several non-profit organizations, including Veterans of Foreign Wars, Ponce Housing, and the Charismatic Churches of Juana Diaz and Villabla to offer additional help to those residents impacted by the storm but did not qualify for the STEP program. EXCEL contributed household appliances and miscellaneous materials to the organizations. In addition to these donations, EXCEL adopted a foster home for special needs children between 6 and 21 years old. EXCEL donated games and new toys to the damaged home during Hurricane Maria.
EXCEL's Christmas charity of choice this year was the Protac Foundation. The Protac Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to helping veterans transition home. Its program focuses on health and wellness, sleep hygiene, physical fitness, nutrition, and re-entry into the civilian world, and the programs are customized to veterans' needs. CEO and founder Canaan Heard accepted the donation on behalf of the organization.
Lastly, EXCEL employees celebrated Christmas luncheons and dinners before heading home for the holidays. Pictured here is CEO Dave Roberts leading the corporate office in a blessing at the annual Christmas luncheon and EXCEL in Freeport celebrating its annual Christmas dinner.
