The development of strong management teams who can execute and deliver EXCEL core values and company principles. I have worked with and mentored management personnel and workers to build attitudes that demonstrate and exercise care and concern for themselves and others to provide them greater success in their careers. Their accomplishments have been rewarding.
What best advice can you give someone who just started their career?
Always associate yourself with positive people. Pick a career you enjoy and be the best at what you do. Develop relationships during your journey, and don’t be afraid to seek input or assistance when not sure. Most importantly have fun doing what you do.
What is something on your bucket list?
Travel the US and visit all states and see something new with each travel.
