Working with wonderful people.

How has EXCEL helped develop your career?
Guidance and learning. Experience is golden! Working with good knowledgeable people motivates you to excel.

What drew you to EXCEL originally? And how has the company changed?
I am very fortunate to find such a good company. Excel has expanded over the years, but one thing that has not changed is the nice friendly atmosphere. Everyone is eager to help and assist- proud to be part of the Excel team.

What do you like most about EXCEL?
Very supportive.

What’s the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career?
Listen and soak up knowledge. Ask questions- someone is always available to answer.

What would you do for a career if you weren’t in your current role?
I would still be in the medical field.

What are your hopes for our industry?
Continuation of good strong relationships- I feel that a good relationship will grow any business.

Who/what inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
Frank Hardy- so much acknowledgment and experience

Patience
