EXCEL Group employees in Westlake, LA, were recently recognized for their exceptional work in completing a quality control incentive program called "Goal Zero." The program aims to improve quality on our construction sites by encouraging workers to complete projects with zero punch list items. This initiative has been particularly successful at the Westlake site, thanks in part to the hard work of superintendent Jonathan Gore, foreman Michael Hollinshead, and their team Derrick Barron, Tanner Fowler, and William Kleckey.
In recognition of their efforts, everyone was treated to a celebratory lunch, and each received a Swamp Box cooler as a token of appreciation. Their dedication to maintaining a high-quality work environment has not gone unnoticed and is a testament to the effectiveness of this program.
It is crucial that we continue to prioritize safety and quality in industrial construction, and programs like "Goal Zero" are a step in the right direction. By recognizing and rewarding the hard work of individuals like Jonathan Gore, Michael Hollinshead, and their team, we can encourage others to follow in their footsteps and create a culture of excellence on construction sites across the country.
