Jaci Lavigne is the newly named Junior Maintenance Recruiter at EXCEL Group. In her new role, she will be responsible for recruiting and evaluating applicants. Jaci began her career with EXCEL Group in 2019 as a Recruiting Administrative Support. With her experience, she will use a multi-channel approach to post job advertisements and find skilled candidates.
Jaci hopes to emulate Cody's success as a maintenance recruiter by finding qualified and hard-working individuals to work for EXCEL Group. She is excited about this new opportunity and to grow in this field that she has enjoyed working in for the last five years. Jaci says, "I work with a great team that makes coming to work easy, and I am looking forward to the feeling of accomplishment when finding a great candidate that will bring success to our company."
