Cody has worked with EXCEL for almost eleven years, starting as a lead construction electrician in the field in 2013. During his time as a lead, he demonstrated notable leadership skills, which allowed him to move through the ranks to his current role.
As the Training and Workforce Development Manager, Cody aims to take employees to the next level in their careers. His goal is to build towards the future while continuing the impactful training programs in the EXCEL Learning Curriculum. Cody is passionate about encouraging others to put in the additional effort, and he enjoys seeing people break out and try things that initially seem difficult. Still, with a bit of coaching, they succeed.
Cody is excited to start his new career path, and he looks forward to helping build a better team job-specific and field supervision training. His journey created enthusiasm and a passion for training and development that will undoubtedly help the company achieve new heights.
