Project Description

This project encompassed the erection of structural steel and modifications to existing building support steel, as well as the setting and precision alignment of heavy equipment. The scope also included architectural finishes, installation of permanent power and lighting systems, and completion of paint and insulation work to meet final operational and aesthetic requirements.

Despite a seven‑week delay in releasing a critical path work area, the team successfully resequenced activities to minimize schedule impacts. Watertight integrity was maintained throughout demolition operations, protecting adjacent areas and ongoing work. Through proactive coordination across multiple trades, progress was sustained, and key milestones were achieved, even in the face of delayed equipment deliveries.
