Project Description
Execution required flexibility throughout the project. Delays in the release of work areas affected the original sequence early in construction, followed by owner-furnished equipment delays that impacted the project’s critical path. EXCEL responded by resequencing work and shifting resources to maintain productivity as areas and equipment became available. With multiple disciplines involved from start to finish, the project demonstrated EXCEL’s ability to coordinate complex work, adapt to changing field conditions, and execute across the full construction lifecycle.
